Grillo is a white vine typically grown in Sicily and appreciated all over the World. It has a rich organoleptic profile, a high alcoholic strength, and it is gifted for ageing. Manàar is a high-quality, fruity and chamois-soft wine, 100% made from Grillo grape.

Geographical area of cultivation: Espalier-trained on the hills of central-western Sicily at an altitude of more than 400 m.a.s.l.
Soil Type: Medium-textured clayey soils. Cropping level 60-70 q.
Grape variety: 100% Grillo.
Harvest time: First two decades of September.
Winemaking: Short maceration, settling and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-20°C.
Colour: Straw-yellow with golden hues.
Nose: Well-fruited with scents of citrus, banana and white peach.
Palate: Chamois-soft and well-balanced.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5 ABV
Serving suggestions: Manàar Grillo is an ideal pairing to fish soups and grilled fish.
Serving temperature: 9-11°C.
