Grillo – Inzolia
Both Grillo and Inzolia are native white vines of western Sicily. The blending of these varieties produces a full-bodied wine named Grillo-Inzolia, which has become one of the most valuable wines of Sicily. Both cultivars have unique flavour precursors, given by the microclimate and the bush training method.
