Acinobianco is a white wine produced by blending local varieties such as Grillo, Inzolia, Trebbiano, Catarratto. Acinobianco is a well-fruited wine with a chamois-soft taste, which pairs well with fish recipes.

Acinobianco
Geographical area of cultivation: Bush-trained on the hills of central-western Sicily at an altitude of approximately 300-400 m.a.s.l.
Soil Type: Medium-textured, clayey soils. Cropping level 70-80 q.
Grape variety: White local grapes. Grillo, Inzolia, Trebbiano, Catarratto.
Harvest time: From the first decade of September to the first decade of October.
Winemaking: Cold settling and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-20° C, in stainless steel vats.
Colour: Crystal-white.
Nose: Well-fruited with scents of white peach.
Palate: Chamois-soft and well-balanced.
Alcoholic strength: 12% ABV
Serving suggestions: Acinobianco is an ideal pairing to seafood, fish main courses and grilled fish.
Serving temperature: 7-8°C.
